We go out and shoot cinematic style video tours of home listings. Your video will be done in HD quality and fully captures the beauty of the house for sale. Many agents are stunned about how great their listings look once they get the finished video. We understand how to shoot a video to keep a viewer engaged. After about 2 minutes the viewer’s interests tends to wane, so we keep our videos around 2 minutes long. Do these videos really work? Absolutely, we have come across quite a few house listings that had become stale on the market for months gaining no traction.
